We’ve got our first look at Realme’s latest GT5 smartphone thanks to a leaked spy shot and official confirmation from the brand’s Weibo profile. Thanks to reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, Realme confirmed the GT5 name yesterday.

The Realme GT5 will have a 6.67-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution (1,240 x 2,772px) and a 144Hz refresh rate. On the top of the device is a punch-hole cutout for the front-facing camera. On the back, we can see the triple camera setup with a vertically aligned LED flash. The device also gets RGB Light with Semi-Transparent Part on the back.

As the phone is placed inside a protective case, we cannot see the actual design.

In addition to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, the Realme GT5 is expected to have up to 24GB of RAM. As with last year’s GT Neo 5 and GT Neo 5 240W, the device will also support 240W and 150W wired charging. There are rumors that the Realme GT5 will be announced in August and will be released outside of China as the Realme GT Neo 6.
