In China, Xiaomi has recently introduced the Redmi Note 12R, equipped with the latest Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset. Tipster Kacper Skrzypek suggests that Xiaomi may launch this device under a different name in international markets although Xiaomi has not confirmed any plans for a global release.
Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 12R is expected to be launched globally under the name Redmi 12 5G, according to Kacper Skrzypek. For Indian customers, the device will probably be marketed as the Poco M6 Pro 5G. Poco has not launched the M5 Pro in India, indicating that the brand may skip it altogether and introduce the M6 Pro 5G instead.

There are three color options available for the smartphone: Midnight Black, Time Blue, and Sky Fantasy.
