Smartphones that fold are all the rage in 2023, and flip phones seem to be the way to go. Motorola recently announced its two latest clamshell foldables in India, after launching them in China last month. The Motorola Razr 40 Ultra is the more premium of the two foldable.

Pricing:

The new Motorola Razr 40 Ultra will set you back with a price tag of Rs.89,999/- in India. The cheaper Motorola Razr 40 will cost around Rs.59,999/- in India.

Aside from the Instant Discount/Cashback, you can also receive up to 7% with specific bank offers, bringing the effective price of the smartphones to ₹82,999 and ₹54,999, respectively. Amazon will sell both phones in India. The devices will begin shipping on July 15, and pre-orders are already live on Amazon.

Motorola Razr 40:

Razr 40 comes in a variety of colors. The foldable phone comes in olive green, purple, and cream shades of vegan leather. Probably made of metal, the hinge cover has a glossy finish. It measures 7.35 mm thick and weighs 189g.

Razr 40 has a smaller screen than Razr Ultra. Images suggest that the Razr 40’s cover display is more or less similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 4’s outer screen. The dual-camera setup is cut out adjacent to the cover screen. Over the camera sensors is a tiny LED flash module. The hinge is likely to be capable of holding itself to some degree to unlock some features, such as selfie mode.

It features a hole-punch cutout at the top center of its foldable display on the inside. Around the screen, there are noticeable bezels. On the right side of the phone, we can also see the power and volume buttons. At the bottom edge, there is a USB Type-C port and a speaker grill. On the frame, there are antenna lines, suggesting that metal was used.
