HMD Global is preparing to launch the Nokia G42 5G smartphone soon. Now, the listing for the phone has surfaced along with images. The device features triple rear cameras, a V-notch, and a fingerprint scanner that is mounted on the side.
Initially introduced with the Nokia G22, the phone will feature the QuickFix design, allowing for easy self-repair in partnership with iFixit. According to the listing, it will also come with a warranty period of three years. However, this may vary from market to market.

The Nokia G42 features triple cameras with a 50MP main sensor. It comes with a dual 2MP macro plus depth sensor with LED flash. It features an 8MP selfie shooter.
The connectivity option includes a USB Type-C port, Wifi, Dual SIM with 4G LTE, VoLTE support, a 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, A-GPS, and GLONASS with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It packs a 5000 mAh battery with 20W charge support. The Nokia G42 runs on Android 13 OS.
It is available in Meteor Grey and Lavender and has a 1999 Danish Krone (Rs.24,030 approx.) for 4GB + 64GB. Several markets are expected to launch it soon, including the United States under the name Nokia G310 5G.
