VOOT Select customers in India are being offered free JioCinema subscriptions. According to DesiDime, VOOT Select subscribers can get 6 months of JioCinema free. JioCinema and Viacom18 Media’s VOOT platform merger was to be finalized after IPL 2023. Having won the TATA IPL 2023, Chennai Super Kings are nearing the end of the merger process. This new offer is a step in the right direction.
A screenshot received from VOOT with the promo code for JioCinem has also been posted by Reddit user @Mr__7. Both JioCinema and VOOT’s backends have already been unified, according to previous reports. According to this new offer, VOOT is indeed folding, and its users will be moved to JioCinema.
