Xiaomi’s next generation of flagship smartphones is expected to launch around the end of the year. A new leak suggests two versions of the higher-end Xiaomi 14 Pro will be available ahead of any official announcement.
Xiaomi is expected to launch its 14 series sometime between November and December this year, which will likely include a base Xiaomi 14 and a Xiaomi 14 Pro. The latest information on this higher-end Pro model comes from tipster Digital Chat Station who shared the details regarding its design. The company’s upcoming premium phone will feature a large flat 2.5D display.
Additionally, this panel will have a right-angle middle frame. There will be at least one variant of the 14 Pro with a flat display. There will also be a variant with a 3D curved panel and slim bezels on all four sides, according to the tipster. In addition, the chin on the bottom will measure just 1mm thick. On the next-generation flagship, we can expect a nearly all-display design.
We believe the smartphone will be equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. Previously, a leak had hinted at a large 5,000mAh battery pack that would support 50W wireless charging. According to reports, the device will offer two different wired fast charging rates, 90W, and 120W. There might also be a difference in charging speeds between flat and curved models.
