It was reported last month that Samsung’s Galaxy S23 FE could feature a 50MP primary camera – an upgrade over the Galaxy S21 FE’s 12MP. Yes, Samsung will bring a huge camera upgrade after all with the budget flagship FE series.
According to GalaxyClub, citing a “reliable source,” the Galaxy S23 FE will sport a 50MP camera after all.
In addition, the publication claims the 50MP unit may be the same one found on the Galaxy S22 and Galaxy S23. However, we have yet to learn how many cameras the Galaxy S23 FE will have on its rear panel and if the selfie camera will change. With the S21 FE, the selfie camera has 32MP, while the S22 and S23 have 10MP and 12MP.
Besides the Exynos 2200 SoC, other rumored specifications of the Galaxy S23 FE include a 4,500mAh battery (likely supporting 25W charging), 6GB or 8GB RAM, and 128GB or 256GB of storage.
By late 2023 or early 2024, the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE could be unveiled months after the Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5 are introduced in late July.
