POCO has finally launched the much-awaited flagship of this year POCO F5 Pro along with the perfect mid-ranger POCO F5. Sadly, the POCO F5 Pro will not make its way to India anytime soon and POCO F5 will be the only phone launched.
POCO F5 Pro:
The POCO F5 Pro 5G sport the new OLED 6.67 inches 2K display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top and HDR 10+ support. POCO F5 Pro 5G is powered by the new Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. It comes with 8GB/12GB RAM and a 256GB/512GB storage version.
The new POCO F5 Pro 5G features triple-rear cameras with a 64MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.88, OIS support, an 8MP 120-degree Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It also gets flicker sensor support. It comes with a 4K video recording at 30fps and 1080p at 960fps. The POCO F5 Pro 5G comes with a single selfie camera with a 16MP sensor.
The new POCO F5 Pro will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.3 support. The POCO F5 Pro also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F5 Pro 5G packs a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support. Also gets 30W wireless charging support. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top. In the UAE, the Poco F5 Pro will be available in White and Black with carbon-imitating finishes.

The POCO F5 Pro with 8GB+256GB will cost $449 (Rs.37,000/-), 12GB+256GB at $499 (Rs.41,000/-) & 12GB+512GB at $549 (Rs.45,000/-). It goes on sale right from today.
POCO F5:
The new POCO F5 will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 900 nits and supports 12-bit colors, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+. The device measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 181g.
POCO F5 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. It is coupled with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage space.
The POCO F5 will feature a 64MP main sensor (f/1.88) with OIS support. It is coupled with 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors. It features a 16MP selfie shooter. Sadly, the device still comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner & also got X-axis haptic motor.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, IR Blaster, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear motor, dual stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The POCO F5 packs 5000 mAh batteries with 67W fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top. It features Carbon black, Electric blue, and the hero color SnowStorm white with icy-cold “dual-color gradient offset printing.”

The POCO F5 with 8GB+256GB will cost Rs.29,999/- & 12GB+256GB will cost Rs.33999/- in India. The first sale price is Rs.26,999/- & Rs.30,999/- in India with flat Rs.3000/- off on ICICI Credit card users. Also additional Rs.3000/- in exchange for an old smartphone. It goes on sale via Flipkart from May 16. POCO is also offering a 2-year of warranty on POCO F5.
