Xiaomi also announced its comeback to the tablet segment with the new Xiaomi Pad 6 series in China. This time the company has launched not one but two new flagship tablets Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro. The new Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro are the successor to Mi Pad 5 series which was launched last year.
Xiaomi Pad 6 & Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro:
Xiaomi also announced two new flagship tablets with Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro in China. The new Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro will look identical in terms of design. But gets a slight change in terms of internals. The new Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro comes with a premium metal unibody with thicker bezels protecting the display on the front. Sadly, the Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro will follow the traditional tablet design which we saw in the past.
On the back, the Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro will feature single and dual rear cameras with LED flash respectively. Further, the Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro comes in various colors like Black, White, and Gold colors. Both tablets measure 6.51 mm thick and weigh 490g respectively.
Specs:
The Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro will sport the same 11-inch 2.8K IPS LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2560 x 1600p. It also supports HDR10, 10bit, and P3 color gamuts. Both the Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro comes with stylus support with a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It also gets Dolby Vision with Eye Protection Mode.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 is powered by SD870 SoC whereas the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Both of them are coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 comes with a single 13MP main sensor with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash. The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro comes with 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture along with a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. Both tablets support 4K video recording at 30fps. The Xiaomi Pad 6 & Pad 6 Pro comes with an 8MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.0.
The connectivity option includes 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi/Wifi 6e, IR Balster, Bluetooth 5.3, and USB Type-C port. It runs on Android 13 with the latest MIUI 14 on top. The Xiaomi Pad 6 packs 8840 mAh and Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro with 8600 mAh battery with 33W and 67W fast charge support.
Lastly, the Xiaomi Pad 6 comes with quad speakers whereas the Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro has eight speakers on either side with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res support.

The Xiaomi Pad 6 Pro with 8GB+128GB at 2399 Yuan (Rs.28,700/-), 8GB+256GB at 2699 Yuan (Rs.32,200/-), 12GB+256GB at 2999 Yuan (Rs.35,900/-) & 12GB+512GB at 3299 Yuan (Rs.39,500/-) in China.
