China is expected to launch several new smartphones in May. Vivo S17 series, Oppo Reno 10 lineup, and Honor 90 series are expected to break cover in May and become available for purchase during the 618 online shopping festival in June. Realme released a poster today to confirm that it will announce the Realme 11 series in May.
There is nothing significant revealed about the Realme 11 series in the poster. A circular camera module can be seen in the image, suggesting that the Realme 11 series will have a round design. In recent TENAA certification images, the Realme 11 Pro was seen with a round camera module.
Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ specifications are already known. There are also expected to be some other models in the lineup, including the vanilla Realme 11 5G. We do not yet know the details of the non-Pro models.
Realme 11 Pro+:
The Dimensity 1080 chipset was rumored to be featured in the Pro models at the beginning of this month. A Weibo post by well-known tipster Digital Chat Station claims that the Realme 11 Pro+ will feature a 2.6GHz Dimensity 7-series chipset.
Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+’s TENAA certifications show a 2.6GHz chip, suggesting they are powered by the same SoC. Vivo recently launched the Vivo V27 5G with the new Dimensity 7200 chipset. Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+ may have entirely new processors, since the chip clocks at 2.8GHz.
Camera and fast charging are expected to be the main differences between the Realme 11 Pro and 11 Pro+. The Pro model will come with a 108MP primary camera and a dual 2MP camera system & 67W fast charging. On the other hand, the Pro+ variant is likely to boast a 200MP + 8MP + 2MP triple camera system and offer 100W charging.
Both Realme 11 Pro models will feature under-display fingerprint scanners. Android 13 OS and Realme UI 4.0 will be running on both phones.
