Xiaomi 13 Ultra and Pad 6 series tablets are rumored to debut in China on April 18. On Weibo, the latest leak shows the different 13 Ultra models and their prices. In addition to mentioning the “M1” shortened codename, which was also seen in previous leaks, it does not mention the device’s name explicitly.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra will be available in three configurations, including 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 512 GB storage. The prices of these models are 6,299 Yuan (Rs.75,000/-), 6,799 Yuan (Rs.81,100/-), and 7,499 (Rs.89,500/-). Please keep in mind that these are not official prices.
An earlier leak by tipster Digital Chat Station revealed that the Xiaomi 13 Ultra will have 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. As of yet, there is no word on the price of this model. As a result of the above price leak, it appears that the 16GB+1TB variant will cost 7,999 Yuan (Rs.95,500/-).
Xiaomi 13 Ultra will feature a four-camera system covering the entire focal range, as well as a brand-new secondary sensor, according to Digital Chat Station. With a 1-inch large sensor size, the primary camera uses the IMX989 sensor, known for its exceptional image quality.
In addition, the main camera will feature variable aperture technology that allows users to adjust the aperture size during shooting for enhanced blurring effects and greater adaptability to different lighting conditions. A first for Xiaomi’s smartphone cameras, this feature is sure to disrupt the smartphone camera market.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra will sport 6.73 inches QHD+ Samsung E6 AMOLED quad curved LTPO 2.0 display. It also gets a 120Hz refresh rate along with a 480Hz touch sampling rate. The display also supports HDR10+ and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top. It is powered by SD 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra features quad-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor having an aperture of f/1.8. It also gets a 50MP ultra-wide sensor with OIS along with a 50MP telephoto sensor with 5X zoom and 120X digital zoom with OIS support. There is also a 50MP zoom sensor. It also gets Dual color temperature LED flash, Laser AF.
There is a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor and X-Axis motor along with Harmon Kardon stereo speakers.
Xiaomi 13 Ultra comes with IP68 dust and is water-resistant.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G (Dual-Mode support), A-GPS, GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi/Wifi 6e, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, USB Type-C port. Both run on Android 13 with the latest MIUI 14 on top. It packs a massive 4900 mAh battery with 90W fast wired & 50W wireless charging support.
