The Samsung brand is well-known in the tech industry, and its tablets are known for their power, reliability, and versatility. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab series, in particular, is popular among users due to its high-resolution screens, sleek design, and impressive performance. The tablets they offer come in a variety of screen sizes, storage capacities, and connectivity options, making them suitable for entertainment, gaming, and productivity. According to Twitter leaks, some specifications for the upcoming Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra have been revealed.
It has been reported that the tablets may feature water and dust resistance, a feature that is uncommon among tablets due to their less strenuous usage compared to smartphones. The internals of the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra has also been leaked by @tech_reve on Twitter.
According to @tech_reve, the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will come with Qualcomm’s upcoming Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2, an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, as well as a massive 10,880 mAh battery. The Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9+ are expected to have the last-generation Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, but Samsung may opt for a two-pronged approach, using the previous-generation processor, while using the flagship processor on the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra. It’s nothing new for companies to use these approaches with their smartphone lineups.
In spite of the buzz surrounding the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2, little is known about the new chip. Some argue that Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for Galaxy may be comparable to Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 due to its “Plus” branded chips offering minor improvements in performance.
