The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G is said to be Samsung’s next smartphone. The official launch date for the smartphone in the Indian market has now been confirmed. The Galaxy A54 5G, Samsung’s latest mid-range smartphone, will be released in India on March 16. On its official website, the company has created a microsite detailing some of the device’s key features.
Galaxy A54 5G is expected to cost roughly INR 35,000 ($420) in India and will be available in Black, Green, Purple, White, and Yellow colors. Until the official launch, we won’t know much about the device.
As per the source, the new Galaxy A34 5G & Galaxy A54 5G will be launching on the same date in India. The source has now leaked the pricing details of both devices ahead of the launch.
As per the tipster, the new Galaxy A54 5G will cost Rs.37,999/- for the 8GB+128GB variant & Rs.41,999/- for the 8GB+256GB variant in India. Further, the Gaalxy A34 with 6GB+128GB costs Rs.29,999/- & 8GB+128GB at Rs.32,499/- in India.
Galaxy A54:
The Galaxy A54 5G sports the same 6.4 inches FHD+ Super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rates. It comes with optical in-display fingerprint scanner support with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The Galaxy A54 5G is powered by the new Exynos 1380 SoC. It is coupled with 8GB RAM and a 128GB/256GB storage option. There is also an option to expand the memory through a microSD card slot.
The new Galaxy A54 5G will feature triple-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture with OIS, 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 5MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. The device comes with a 32MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2.
The Galaxy A54 5G will ship with the same 5000 mAh battery but comes with 25W fast charge support. Galaxy A54 5G also gets an IP67 rating making it dust and water-resistant & Stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 5G, Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi 6.0, A-GPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3 USB Type-C port, FM Radio, and an in-display fingerprint scanner. Samsung Galaxy A54 5G runs on Android 13 with One UI 5.1 on top.
