iQOO announced the launch of the iQOO Z7 in the Indian market. It will arrive on Indian shores on March 21 and feature a MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G processor. Also, iQOO is preparing to unveil the iQOO Z7 series in China, which will include the iQOO Z7x and iQOO Z7. Chinese variants of the iQOO Z7 are expected to differ from Indian versions.
Geekbench has revealed some key specifications and performance of the iQOO Z7x ahead of its launch. Geekbench 5 lists the iQOO Z7x with model number V2272A. In single-core tests, it scored 677 points and in multi-core tests, it scored 1929 points. Moreover, the listing revealed that the device would ship with Android 13 preinstalled.
On Geekbench, the iQOO Z7x is listed as using an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon processor codenamed “Holi ”. A total of two of the processor’s cores will be clocked at 2.21GHz, and the remaining six will be clocked at 1.80GHz. There will also be an Adreno 619 GPU on the device. It appears that the iQOO Z7x will run on Qualcomm Snapdragon 695’s octa-core chip. It is likely that the iQOO Z7x will also launch with other RAM configurations in addition to 6GB.
