In the last few days, we’ve heard a lot about the iQOO Z7. Before the smartphone’s debut in India, the brand has been teasing its features.
Almost everything we know about this upcoming device has been revealed in an interview today. Details were provided by the company’s Indian CEO.
Gadgets360 interviewed Nipun Marya, the CEO of iQOO India, about the upcoming iQOO Z7. The handset’s key features were revealed in his conversation with the media house. The iQOO Z7 will launch in India on March 21. It is similar to a Google ad that was premature last weekend.
It is exclusively designed for India, according to the executive. It confirms that the iQOO Z7 for China will be different. The phone will be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC. According to AnTuTu, the device scored 480,000.
In addition, the phone will feature an AMOLED screen with a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath it. There will also be an OIS-assisted 64MP primary camera on the phone.
Lastly, it will run Funtouch OS 13 and support 44W fast charging.
With these specs, you’d expect it to retail for less than Rs.25,000. According to the CEO, the iQOO Z7 will actually cost under Rs.20,000 in the end.
