Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO continues to release new models to stay competitive. One of the models from the upcoming iQOO Z7 series got leaked today, which is most likely the base model of the entire series, according to the latest information.

Earlier today, the new iQOO Z7i (with model number: vivo PD2230) got listed on Google Play Console certification, revealing its front-side renders and basic specifications.

The new iQOO Z7i is powered by Mediatek’s Dimensity 700 chipset, an entry-level SoC based on 7nm manufacturing. In addition to 2 Cortex-A76 Performance Cores (clocked at 2.2GHz), there are 6 Cortex-A55 Energy-Efficient Cores (clocked at 2.0GHz).

The smartphone’s display features a V-shaped notch that supports HD+ resolution (720*1600p) and 320 DPI. In addition to 8GB of RAM, the smartphone runs Android 13.

It appears that the smartphone will launch as the base variant of iQOO’s upcoming Z7 lineup based on its specifications. There will be three models in this lineup: the iQOO Z7i, the iQOO Z7, and the iQOO Z7 Pro.

As of now, there is no news about the all-new iQOO Z7 lineup. The launch is expected to take place in the near future.
