A new T series smartphone is in the works from Vivo, which will be the successor to the T1 model. Vivo T2 5G is expected to launch soon after being spotted getting certified online.
Its specifications were recently confirmed on the Google Play Console, which confirms its upcoming release. According to the online listing, the T2 5G will have the model number V2222. Moreover, it features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which oddly is the same as the T1 5G from a year ago. Featuring the Adreno 619 GPU, this processor will likely be paired with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
It will come with the Funtouch OS 13 custom skin on top of Android 13 OS out of the box. It will also come with a Full HD+ display, which appears to have a waterdrop notch. This is the only information shared on the certification. The device will likely launch soon as it has surfaced on the Google Play Console. Stay tuned for more updates as we will provide additional information when it becomes available.
