Vivo launched its Y100 mid-range smartphone in India earlier today. Vivo has another smartphone in the pipeline called the Vivo Y56 5G which is expected to debut soon. It appears that the device is already available for purchase in an offline store ahead of its official launch.

With its plastic frame and body, the Vivo Y56 5G features two circular camera cutouts and an LED flash on the back.
The new Vivo Y56 5G will now sport 6.58 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate. It comes with side-mounted fingerprint scanner support. The Vivo Y56 5G will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM & 128GB storage. It also gets a microSD card slot for storage expansion.
The Vivo 56 5G will feature triple rear cameras with 50MP main & 2MP depth shooter with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter placed under the waterdrop notch. It packs a 500 mAh battery with 18W fast charge support. The Vivo Y56 5G runs on Android 13 OS with FunTouch OS 13 on top. It measures 8.15mm thick and weighs 184g.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, IP54, Wifi dual-band, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C port, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio certification.

Mahesh Telecom, a Mumbai-based offline retailer, has shared an image of the Vivo Y56 5G’s packaging box. There is only one model that costs Rs.19,999, which has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
