On February 6th, POCO X5 Pro 5G will go on sale in India. During the launch event at 5:30 PM IST, the device will also be announced to the global market. Globally, POCO X5 5G will be launched alongside the Pro variant. A day before its official launch, POCO X5 Pro 5G’s India pricing has been leaked.
POCO’s RAM and storage options were revealed in a leak. There are three variants of the X5 Pro 5G expected to arrive in India – 6GB + 128GB, 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB. In the YouTube advert, it is revealed that the device will be priced at Rs 20,999 with an instant discount of Rs 2,000 from ICICI Bank. In India, the POCO X5 Pro will start at Rs 22,999.
It comes in three different color options: black, blue, and yellow. The ad also confirms three features. With a Snapdragon 778G processor, a 120Hz AMOLED display, and a 108MP main camera, the POCO X5 Pro 5G will be a powerful device.
POCO X5 Pro:
From the leaked images, the new POCO X5 Pro is just another rebranded phone which was launched recently. Yes, the device looks exactly similar to aka Redmi Note 12 Pro Speed Edition. On the front, we got the center punch-hole display with minimal bezels. On the back, there is a huge rectangular camera module carrying triple cameras with POCO branding beside it. It measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 181g. The device comes in three colors Black, Blue, and Yellow.

The new POCO X5 Pro will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a peak brightness of 900 nits and supports 10-bit colors, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and HDR10+. There is also Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
It is powered by SD778G SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.
The POCO X5 Pro will feature a 108MP main Samsung HM2 sensor (f/1.89) remaining two sensors are the 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro sensors. It features a 16MP selfie shooter. It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner with IR Blaster support.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear motor, dual stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The POCO X5 Pro packs a 5000 mAh battery with 67W fast charge support. It runs on Android 12 OS with MIUI 13 on top.
