In the near future, OnePlus will launch multiple new products. The OnePlus 11 will be launched on Feb 7 in the global market. On that day, the OnePlus Ace 2/OnePlus 11R will be launched in China and other regions. OnePlus Nord 3 internal testing has begun under the codename “Larry”, according to a report. A new piece of information has emerged regarding this upcoming mid-range device.
Design:
The specifications and schematics of the OnePlus Nord 3 have been leaked by Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station. As for the design, it appears to be flat, which has been quite popular among mid-range devices recently. The display, back panel, and edges are all flat. On one island there is a single camera, while on the other there is a pair. There are also dual LED flash modules.
On the front, the device appears to have thin and even bezels around the punch-hole display. Unexpectedly, the schematic shows an Alert Slider on the device. OnePlus had previously announced that the feature would be reserved for higher-end devices.
Specs:
According to reports, the Nord 3 features a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution. The OnePlus Nord 3 will have the highest display resolution of the Nord lineup if this is true.
An octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8200 CPU fabricated on TSMC’s 4nm process. A Mali-G610 MC6 GPU is integrated into the SoC. By no means is this a flagship chipset. In spite of this, its performance is quite admirable, making it a good choice for the premium-midrange market.
According to the tipster, the primary camera could feature a 64MP Omnivision sensor or a 50MP Sony IMX890 sensor. Based on previous Nord devices, a 2MP camera could be paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens.
The battery size is also unknown at this time but could be 4,500mAh or 5,000mAh. This will be the first Nord-branded device with 100W fast charging. OnePlus has reserved triple-digit fast charging for its premium devices so far. Last but not least, we can expect Android 13. OxygenOS 13 is expected to debut in global regions, while ColorOS 13 will debut in China.
