The official Android 13 rollout for Nothing Phone (1) users has begun. There are plenty of new features and optimizations in Nothing OS 1.5, including a new weather app, new media controls, more glyph options, and improvements to the camera.
In addition, Nothing touts a 50% speed boost for app loading, smoother system animations, as well as a 50% reduction in standby power consumption. There is also an improvement in the accuracy of the fingerprint scanner. In Nothing OS 1.5, the network quick settings panel is improved, apps support multi-languages, and background apps can be closed from the notification center.
A new clipboard preview and QR code scanner can also be accessed directly from the camera app and quick settings menu. From the System Update menu in Settings, nothing OS 1.5 update should be available for users.
