In China, Realme will launch its GT Neo 5 smartphone on February 9. Possibly, the device will be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2023 tech trade show at the end of February.
In the lead-up to the device’s launch, the brand has confirmed details about its chipset, fast charging capabilities, and design. Realme has announced the Purple Edition of its upcoming GT Neo 5 smartphone in a new teaser.
According to the teaser, the device will have an AG glass back with a matte texture and Realme’s signature double stripes. It complements the smartphone’s black camera module perfectly.
According to the teaser, the Realme GT Neo 5 camera lenses come with the “Transparent double film zero noise technology,” which essentially means the coating won’t leave any residue behind or leave any noise particles in the images it takes.
This phone has a Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 underclocked CPU, 16GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device will also feature a 6.74-inch OLED display with a punch hole cutout, 1.5K resolution, and 144Hz refresh rate.
