The Chinese brand Realme is gearing up to launch the Realme 10 smartphone in India after launching the Realme 10 Pro series. Realme has now revealed the launch date for its device after teasing it last week.
Realme 10 will go on sale nationwide at 12:30 PM on January 9 according to the company. The Realme 10 is the most affordable smartphone in the Realme 10 series, replacing last year’s Realme 9 4G.
Flipkart already has a dedicated microsite for the smartphone that reveals details about its hardware and features. The Realme 10 launch microsite confirms that it will use a MediaTek Helio G99 processor. A 90Hz refresh rate display has also been verified on the device. With the device already being launched in other markets around the world, we already know its remaining details.

Realme 10 4G will arrive with 6.5 inches FHD+ (2400×1080p) Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It also gets Panda Glass Protection Layer on top of the display.
The new Realme 10 4G will be powered by the latest MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. It is coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space.
The device will feature dual rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP depth/macro sensor with LED flash. There is a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NavIC, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.1.
It runs on Android 12 OS with Realme 3.0 on top. Realme 10 4G measures 159.9 x 73.3 x 7.95 mm and weighs around 178.5 grams.
