Samsung is about to launch the next flagship lineup with Galaxy S23 series later next year. With just a few months left, we saw a series of leaks and rumors about the device. Ahead of the launch we finally got the detailed specs sheet of the upcoming premium flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra.

As per the TENAA listing, the upcoming Galaxy S23 Ultra will sport 6.8 inches QHD+ Super AMOLED curved display on the front. It also gets High refresh rate support likely to be 120Hz. The device will be powered by the overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC which was launched recently.

It is coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB storage variants. The device features quad-rear cameras with a 108MP main sensor coupled with a 12MP ultra-wide sensor. With that 12MP telephoto lens and 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. Finally, the Galaxy S23 Ultra will get a new selfie shooter with a 12MP sensor.

The device will pack 5000 mAh battery with probably 45W fast charging and 15W wireless fast charging support. It runs on Android 13 OS with One UI 5 on top. The device weighs over 233g. Sadly, the TENAA listing has not yet uploaded the official images of the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
