Samsung is getting ready to launch its Galaxy A series devices soon. An official announcement is expected for the Galaxy A14, whose camera and battery specifications just leaked.
Samsung’s Galaxy A14 model’s key specs were leaked by a GalaxyClub report. A GeekBench listing for the device had also been spotted previously. New reports have revealed that the Galaxy A14’s primary camera will be 50 megapixels. There were four cameras on the back of the last-gen Galaxy A13, including a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP macro sensor, and a 2MP depth sensor.
Therefore, the newer model will have the same sensors. As leaked renders indicate, Samsung is skipping one of these rear camera sensors this time. The report also claims that the Galaxy A14 model will have a large 5,000mAh battery pack, model number EB-BA146ABY. The battery is also another aspect that won’t change much.
In addition, the upcoming handset is rumored to offer a 13MP front camera, which replaces the 8MP lens on the Galaxy A13. The Galaxy A14 will also feature a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC and a Mali G52 GPU, which are quite outdated, and 4GB of RAM. Also, a 6GB RAM variant might be available, along with One UI 5 based on Android 13 OS.
