Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC will power the first devices launched in the near future. In order to play the game too, Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is working on the iQOO 11 Pro.
Some exclusive information regarding this device has been revealed today by our industry sources. According to a prototype’s benchmark run a few days ago, it will indeed use Qualcomm’s next top-of-the-line chipset.
Vivo’s V2 image processor chip, announced last week, will power the iQOO 11 Pro, which promises better low-light performance and overall faster processing.
We are told that the handset will be equipped with a 6.78-inch E6 AMOLED touchscreen and a design inspired by BMW M Motorsports. From the moment it launches, it will run Android 13.
According to reports, the phone might launch in India in January, although the exact date has not been set yet. It’s clear then that this will be one of the first devices powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC to arrive on the market, and it’s also one of the most exciting.
As per previous leaks, the iQOO 11 Pro has a 4,700mAh battery with 200W charging support, 120 Hz refresh rate for the QHD+ screen, and PWM dimming up to 1440Hz.
