A GPS receiver is also built into the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro. It supports GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, Beidou, and QZSS. In terms of the display, the ambient light sensor enables automatic brightness over the vanilla band. There is also an Always On Display mode. The new band also comes with 180+ watch faces designed by Xiaomi.
All-day heart rate and blood oxygen tracking are available with the Xiaomi Smart Band 7 Pro. Your device will buzz if it detects low SpO2 levels. In addition, advanced sleep monitoring is available, tracking the three stages of sleep: light, deep, and REM.
A total of 117 exercise modes are available, including 10 running courses.
