Samsung is reportedly working on a new mid-range smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy M54 5G. Earlier this year, Samsung released the Galaxy M53 5G, which will be replaced by the Galaxy M54 5G.
It is reported in an Appuals report that the Samsung Galaxy M54 may come with a flagship-level Snapdragon 800-series chipset. Rumors suggest that the smartphone will look similar to its predecessors, but feature some internal changes. The Samsung Galaxy M54 5G is set to launch in 2023, according to the report.
Samsung’s Galaxy M54 5G is expected to have a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. Like its predecessor, the Galaxy M54 has a hole-punch display. There are also reports that the smartphone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset and 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.
According to the tipster, the phone may also include a triple rear camera setup of a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 5MP macro camera. There is a rumor that the Samsung Galaxy M54 5G will feature a 32MP selfie camera. This smartphone may support 25W fast charging and has a 6,000mAh battery.
In the leak, Samsung Galaxy M54 5G’s rumored price in Vietnam is shown. By direct conversion, the smartphone will cost roughly Rs 33,900, or 10 million Vietnamese Dollars. So far, Samsung has not said whether the smartphone will be available in India.
