The Samsung Galaxy A24’s key specifications have surfaced online. Vietnamese publication The Pixel leaked the details. This smartphone will replace the Galaxy A23, which was launched earlier this year. As of now, there is no information regarding the launch date of the Galaxy A24.
According to reports, the Samsung Galaxy A24 will feature a 6.24-inch sAMOLED display with FHD+ resolution. It will have a refresh rate of 90Hz. Previously, the smartphone had an LCD screen. There is no word on whether the South Korean brand will use a waterdrop notch or a punch-hole cutout display. It is also unclear what the smartphone’s design will look like.
It is reported that the Galaxy A24 will use an Exynos 7904 processor, which is almost four years old. There will be 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, but we can expect more options at launch. This device will be powered by a 4,000mAh battery that supports 15W charging. Compared to the Galaxy A23, the hardware seems to be quite a downgrade.
The Galaxy A24 is said to have a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP main sensor with optical image stabilization, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP third sensor. The front-facing camera will be 16MP.
As a leak, the information should be considered cautiously.
