According to leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S23 follows basically the same spec recipe as the Galaxy S22, but with a few improvements. Geekbench showed promising performance for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. Like 2022, 2021, and 2020 phones, the 2023 model will also come with 8GB of RAM.

According to leaked specifications shared by Yogesh Brar, the Galaxy S23 has 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage.

The source revealed that Galaxy S23 will sport 6.1 inches Dynamic AMOLED display with 1500nits of brightness. It will still support 120Hz adaptive refresh rate support along with HDR10+ & the latest Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.

The Galaxy S23 is powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC/Exynos flagship SoC depending upon the region. It comes with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.

The Galaxy S23 will feature a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture along with Adaptive Pixel technology. It comes with 12MP ultra-wide sensor and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, OIS. There is a 10MP selfie shooter on the Galaxy S23.

The Galaxy S23 packs with 3900 mAh battery with 25W fast wired charging support. It also gets 15W wireless fast charge and 10W reverse wireless charging support. The Galaxy S23 will also have support for water and dust resistance as it has got IP68 rating.
