A new generation of Intel Core processors also launched today in India, including six unlocked desktop processors. With 24 cores and 32 threads, the 13th Gen Intel Core i9-13900K is the world’s fastest desktop processor for gaming, streaming, and recording.
It includes the Intel Core K series of unlocked processors, and the 13th Gen Intel Core desktop family has 22 processors and more than 125 partner system designs. Both application performance and platform compatibility are uncompromising, so there are many options.
PC designs showcased by the experiential event included full tower desktops to small factor systems, along with desktops with spectacular custom water loops for the 13th Gen processors.
During the showcase, Intel Core i9-13900K will offer the world’s best gaming, streaming, and recording experience. Intel Core i9-13900K has up to 24 cores (8 P-cores, 16 E-cores) and 32 threads. It delivers high frame rates and the best gaming experience across top titles with up to 5.8GHz and 15% better single-thread performance.
With existing Intel 600 and new Intel 700 series chipset motherboards, enthusiasts can take advantage of 13th Gen Intel CoreTM processor performance improvements. The 13th Gen Intel Core can be customized based on the features and budget preferences of users with both DDR5 and DDR4 memory support.
An all-in-one platform for gaming and creating
Based on a matured Intel 7 process and Intel’s performance hybrid architecture, 13th Gen Intel Core desktop processors deliver better performance when multitasking. Up to 15% better single-threaded performance and 41% better multi-threaded performance.
Unbeatable overclocking
Every Intel CoreTM processor, including the 13th Generation “K,” offers unmatched overclocking performance. Overclocking speeds across P-cores, E-cores, and DDR5 memory are higher with 13th Gen Intel CoreTM processors. In addition, Intel updated its one-click overclocking feature, Intel Speed Optimizer, to support 13th Gen Intel CoreTM unlocked processors. An extensive selection of overclocking modules is available with Intel Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) 3.0. With Intel Dynamic Memory Boost, you can overclock DDR4 and DDR5 without hassle.
Desktop Features You Can’t Live Without
Several new and improved features are included with the 13th Gen Intel CoreTM desktop processors, including:
- Based on power and thermal headroom, Intel Adaptive Boost Technology and Thermal Velocity Boost boost processor clock frequencies. Available in unlocked Core i9 models.
- Multi-threaded performance is improved with more E-cores on Intel CoreTM i5, i7, and i9.
- 16 lanes of PCIe Gen 5.0 support.
- Maintain DDR4 compatibility with DDR5-5600 and DDR5-5200 memory
- Enhanced L3 cache and doubled L2 cache
Backward-compatible Intel 700 Series Chipset
A new Intel 700 Series chipset is being launched alongside 13th Gen IntelĀ® CoreTM desktop processors. With eight PCIe Gen 4.0 lanes plus eight PCIe Gen 3.0 lanes, the chipset offers 28 total lanes, USB 3.2 Gen 2×2 (20Gbps) ports provide faster USB connections, and DMI Gen 4.0 allows faster connectivity to peripheral devices. Backward and forward compatibility is also included. Upgrade to 13th Gen IntelĀ® CoreTM processors with existing Intel 600 chipsets.
It will be available in India starting October 21, 2022.
