Redmi has now launched two new entry-level smartphones under the Redmi 11 series with Redmi 11 Prime and Redmi 11 Prime 5G in India. The new Redmi 11 Prime comes in Playful Green, Flashy Black, and Peppy Purple colors. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G arrives in Meadow Green, Chrome Silver, and Thunder Black colors.
Redmi 11 Prime will be going on sale pretty soon, the Redmi 11 Prime 5G will be available for purchase right from Sept 9. Both the devices will go on sale via Amazon and all leading Mi outlets.
Redmi 11 Prime 5G:
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G will sport 6.5 inches IPS LCD FHD+ display with standard 90Hz refresh rates. It comes with side-mounted fingerprint scanner support. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage options. It does feature a dedicated microSD card slot.
Cameras:
The Redmi 11 Prime 5G will again come with the 50MP dual-camera setup. The Redmi 10 5G features a 50MP main sensor with an aperture of f/1.8 & a 2MP B&W portrait camera with an aperture of f/2.4 with LED flash.
There is an 8MP selfie shooter on Redmi 11 Prime 5G. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G, and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack with Hi-Res support, FM Radio, and Bluetooth 5.0. The Redmi 10 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery along with 18W fast charging support.
The new Redmi 11 Prime 5G runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top. The Redmi 11 Prime 5G cost Rs.13,999/- for 4GB+64GB and Rs.15,999/- for 6GB+128GB variant in India. Also, launch offers include flat Rs.1000/- cashback for ICICI Bank credit card users.
Redmi 11 Prime:
On the front of the Redmi 11 Prime, there is a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera, as well as a chin below the screen. A fingerprint sensor is embedded in the power button and volume rocker on the right edge. There is a leather finish on the back of the phone, making it stand out. On the top portion of the back panel, there is a horizontal housing that houses three camera sensors and an LED flash. The phone comes in Green, Yellow, and Black colors.
