According to Chinese rumors, Realme will introduce GT Neo 4 next month. In a leak, a mid-range chipset such as the Dimensity 8100 will be replaced by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 platform on the GT Neo 3.

According to Digital Chat Station, the new device will have a 1.5K display, which is a 1220p panel between Full HD and QHD. There will also be a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160-step PWM, which is the number of brightness levels.
Unlike the Neo 3 versions (80W and 150W), the Realme GT Neo 4 will offer 100W flash charging. It is said to compete with the yet unannounced Redmi K60. A phone of this kind has not yet been announced by Realme.

Realme GT Neo3:

The Realme GT Neo3 will sport larger 6.7 inches FHD+ AMOLED 120Hz refresh rate display. It will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. It will also support HDR10+.

The Realme GT Neo3 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM & 128GB/256GB internal storage. The device will feature 4D tactile vibration support for a better gaming experience and will also come with the latest VC cooling tech to keep the temperature normal.

On the back, the Realme GT Neo3 will ship with triple-rear cameras with a 50MP main Sony IMX766 sensor with f/1.8 aperture, OIS, 8MP 119° ultra-wide-angle lens, and 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. It comes with a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.5 aperture.

All this is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 150W fast charging and another model with a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charge support. It runs on Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 on top. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, 5G Dual Mode (SA/NSA) support, Wifi 6e, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, USB Type-C port and 1216 Linear Speaker, Dolby Atmos, Hi-Res Audio certification.
