In the near future, Google will launch its new flagship Pixel 7 series for the global market. Pixel 7 is available in two models: a base model and a high-end model, Pixel 7 Pro. In addition to the launch date, pre-orders for the more expensive variant will also go on sale on October 6.
According to Google’s promotional video, the new Pixel 7 Pro will be available for pre-order starting on October 6. The company intends to release the device on the same day it is officially announced. There are some manufacturers that typically delay pre-orders, including Apple.
Apple announced the iPhone 14 series on September 7, but pre-orders did not begin until September 9. Furthermore, the original promotional video refers only to the Pixel 7 Pro. In any case, it is believed that the entire Pixel 7 series will be available for pre-order at the same time. The details will be revealed in the official announcement on September 7.
You should keep in mind that the vanilla Pixel 7 might arrive in the market a bit later since smartphones are also released in staggering manners at times. A good example is Apple making the iPhone 14 Plus available for pre-orders on the same day as the rest, but not delivering it.
India Launch Confirmed:
Flipkart has posted a teaser on its site confirming the upcoming launch of the Pixel 7 series in India. The Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro will launch in India soon, according to the teaser page.
It’s important to note that Google stopped releasing mainline Pixel phones in India after the Pixel 3 series, which is also true in other parts of the world. The Pixel 4, Pixel 5, and Pixel 6 were never released in the country. Instead, the company released select A-series models, including the Pixel 3a, Pixel 4a, and Pixel 6a.
