Xiaomi confirmed the August 11 unveiling of the Xiaomi Mix Fold 2 on Weibo after reliable tipster Ice Universe confirmed the launch date.
At the same event, Xiaomi will also introduce the Buds 4 Pro TWS earphones and the Pad 5 Pro 12.4″ tablet on Thursday at 7 PM local time.
There are some differences between the Pad 5 Pro 12.4″ and the Pad 5 Pro 11.4″. The former has a larger screen (12.4″ vs. 11″), while the latter has a different camera island design. This tablet features a 50MP camera, but it’s unclear if it’s the same one found on the Pad 5 Pro’s 5G variant (the Wi-Fi version uses a 13MP camera).
Although Xiaomi has not detailed the specifications of these products yet, with the event just two days away, there’s not much time left to wait.
