Vivo’s sub-brand iQOO is preparing to launch a new device in the Neo series in China soon. As part of the preparations for the launch of the iQOO Neo 7, the company will also release the iQOO Neo 6. In April, the iQOO Neo 6 was launched in China with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, a 120Hz display, and 80W fast charging capabilities.

With its MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ processor, the iQOO Neo 7 will become the company’s best and most high-end offering. This 4nm SoC features one Cortex-X2 core clocked at 3.2GHz, three Cortex-A710 cores, and four Cortex-A510 efficiency cores. In addition, it is equipped with a Mali-G710 GPU.

It is also expected to feature a 120Hz screen refresh rate and a Full HD resolution display. AMOLED displays are likely to be featured on the device. According to reports, the phone has some eye-protection features. A 50MP Sony IMX 766V main camera is said to be featured on the phone. The device is expected to come with a triple camera setup on the back.

At the moment, more details about the camera are unknown. In comparison to the last generation device, the upcoming iQOO Neo series phone will offer 120W fast charging. Additionally, IR blaster, NFC, and optical fingerprint scanner are expected.
