Samsung introduces the premium Galaxy Buds2 Pro at the unpacked event. The new Galaxy Buds2 Pro comes in three colours Graphite, White, and Bora Purple. It will go on sale from Aug 26 globally including India.
With an almost entirely matte finish, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro looks quite similar to the original Buds Pro in Zenith Grey. The buds feature 10mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity, and multiple microphones for optimal voice pickup and noise cancellation. With the Buds2 Pro, Samsung will bring “Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation,” which should reduce outside noise even more than previous Galaxy Bud models. It also gets 24bit Hi-Fi*360 Audio with Direct Multi-Channel support.
Additionally, the Galaxy Buds2 Pro delivers 360-degree audio for a more immersive experience in supported apps and HD voice pickup for clearer conversations. Likewise, the source mentions an IPX7 rating, which covers water submersion up to 1m heights for half an hour. Each bud pack a 61 mAh battery and a case with a 515mAh battery.
A single charge can provide 8 hours of playback time, and the charging case can provide 29 hours. Both wireless and USB-C charging will be possible with the case.
With retail prices of €229 in Europe and $229 in the United States, they will be available in Zenith Grey, Zenith White, and Bora Purple colours.
