In an interview with GSMArena, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth said Realme would launch at least four new products in India by H2 2022. Madhav Sheth says that the sub-Rs 15,000 5G smartphone is a “much-needed addition” ahead of India’s 5G rollout in the second half of 2022.

Realme India’s CEO told the publication that the company will enter 2-3 new categories in the ‘consumer durable segment’ in the near future. Additionally, Relame handset shipments will be smoother in the second half of 2022 as the global chipset shortage has eased.

Due to the chipset shortage during the launch of the Realme 9 series, the lineup arrived earlier this year than it was originally planned in 2021. Due to the brand’s promise of smoother shipments in the second half of 2022, the Realme 10 series could launch before October 2022, before Diwali festival season sales begin.

The Realme Flat Monitor, Realme Pad X, and Realme Buds Air 3 Neo TWS, as well as Realme Wireless 2S neckband, were all recently launched by Realme. In 2022, Realme is planning to enter 2-3 new consumer categories, launch a 5G smartphone under Rs 15,000 in H2, and launch its 10 series later this year.
