Poco F4 is the company’s last model announced in India. POCO is also preparing to launch another device in the region, the POCO M5 4G.
According to 91Mobiles, this news has been confirmed by industry sources. The M5 4G model is reportedly coming to the country next month. Due to the POCO M5 4G’s LTE-only nature, the Chinese smartphone maker might launch a 5G variant in India at a later date. A launch date for the M5 4G model is not yet known, but it is expected to be announced in early September.
According to the report, the smartphone is a midrange model that will be priced under 15,000 INR for the base model and will be slightly more expensive for the higher-end models. POCO M5 4G specifications may include a 6.58-inch Full HD+ LCD panel. It is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 33W fast charging. The phone is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC.
The POCO M5 4G is expected to have the same chic leather back design as its predecessor. Additionally, it will feature Android 12 OS, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, dual-band WiFi connectivity, Bluetooth 5.0, and at least 6GB of RAM.
