Looks like Asus is all set to launch another flagship later this year with the new ASUS Zenfone 9. After the launch of the ROG Phone 6 series we now have the next cheaper flagship ASUS Zenfone 9. Last year Asus introduced the super-compact flagship aka the ASUS Zenfone 8. Now we have a massive leak showing everything about the new ASUS Zenfone 9.
Design:
As per the leaked video, the new ASUS Zenfone 9 will again come with a compact form factor similar to its predecessor. On the front, the new ASUS Zenfone 9 will sport a punch-hole notch placed on the top-left corner of the display. The power button which also doubles up as a fingerprint scanner along with volume rockers is on the right side.
On the top, we have got the 3.5 mm audio jack & USB Type-C port with speaker mesh on the bottom of the device. The back comes with a new design this year with a massive dual camera module taking almost 50% of the rear. There is an LED flash beside the camera with ASUS Zenfone branding on the bottom right corner.
Specs:
The new ASUS Zenfone 9 will sport 5.9 inches FHD+ Samsung E5 AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. It is powered by the latest SD 8+ Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage.
The ASUS Zenfone 9 features dual rear cameras with a 50MP Sony IMX766 main sensor along with a six-axis gimbal module for video stabilization. The device comes with dual stereo speakers & IP68 rating making it dust and water-resistant. Lastly, the device packs 4300 mAh battery with no details about fast charging at the moment.
