Samsung will likely start its beta testing program next month in July, based on recent developments. Among the first devices to get a taste of the upcoming beta build will be the Galaxy S22 series, which consists of the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra. Eventually, more flagship smartphones will join the party.

As a result of a recent firmware policy change, users of Samsung’s Galaxy S22 in Europe will soon have access to the beta firmware.
Since Android 13 is still under development, no release date has been announced yet. According to Google, a stable release of Android will arrive in August 2022. However, the third beta for Android 13 is still to be released.
