POCO is back with its popular F-series flagship killer smartphone with the new POCO F4 series. Previously we got to know about the POCO F4 turning out to be another rebranded flagship after all. Now POCO India has surprised everyone with the announcement we were waiting for.
Yes, POCO India confirmed that the POCO F series will make its comeback in India pretty soon. We can notice the highlight of number 4 everywhere in the press release which confirms POCO F4 is all set to launch. POCO also confirms that the company is planning to launch an all-rounder flagship rather than gaming-centric GT series. Sadly company has still not announced the launch details for the POCO F4 series in India.
POCO F4:
POCO F4 comes with an almost similar design as the Redmi K50 series and the only difference is in terms of processor. The new POCO F4 comes with a 3D curved frosted glass body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Both devices measure 7.7 mm thick and weigh 195 grams.
The POCO F4 5G sport the new AMOLED 6.67 inches FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top and HDR 10+ support. POCO F4 5G is powered by new SD870G SoC with Snapdragon X52 modem for 5G. The POCO F4 comes with 6GB/8GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage version.
The new POCO F4 5G features triple-rear cameras with a 48MP Sony IMX582 primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.89, OIS support, 8MP 120-degrees Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with a 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p at 960fps. The POCO F4 comes with a single selfie camera with a 20MP sensor.
The new POCO F4 will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.2 support. The Redmi K40S also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F4 packs a 4500 mAh battery with 67W (5G) fast charging support. The new POCO F4 runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top. The new Redmi K40S 5G will arrive in Black, Silver, Iridescent, and Green colors.
