Looks like we have a lot of confusion about the delayed OnePlus 10 & the upcoming OnePlus 10T 5G. Earlier this week we got a report stating that the OnePlus 10 is launching soon and is codenamed Ovaltine. The report also added that the OnePlus 10 will ship with SD 8 Gen 1 SoC out of the box.
Now we have an update received from another tipster that confirms that report is incorrect as Ovaltine is the codename for the OnePlus 10T & not the OnePlus 10. The tipster also adds that the alleged OnePlus 10T will be powered by SD 8+ Gen 1 SoC and not the SD 8 Gen 1 SoC.
The same source previously confirmed that there will be no OnePlus 10 or OnePlus 10 Ultra launching this year apart from the OnePlus 10T. With OnePlus has already ditched the T Pro series since OnePlus 7T which was way long back so we don’t expect that to return this year.
Anyway, if all goes well then the OnePlus 10T would be the fastest OnePlus smartphone with 150W fast charging support. It might come with the same 48MP main, 50MP ultra-wide & 8MP telephoto lens from the OnePlus 10 Pro.
