Looks like Xiaomi is all set to announce the next premium flagship lineup with Xiaomi 12S series later this year. Previously we saw reports about Xiaomi has already started production of the new Xiaomi 12S series which includes the Xiaomi 12S & Xiaomi 12S Pro. Now we finally have got the first image showing the new Xiaomi 12S.
As per the source, the new Xiaomi 12S will arrive with almost the same design as the predecessor. It still features the same glass back with premium metal chassis. The image just shows the rear view of the device. The Xiaomi 12S will feature triple rear cameras aligned vertically with LED flash.
This might be the first phone to come with LEICA branding on the camera module. So finally we can expect some improvement in camera performance with the upcoming Xiaomi 12S series.
Anyway, the new Xiaomi 12S series will be powered by SD 8+ Gen 1 SoC & might launch along with Xiaomi 12 Ultra sometime in July. More details about the new Xiaomi 12S series will be out in the coming months.
