Honor has finally announced the successor to last year’s launched Honor 60 series with the Honor 70 series. The new Honor 70 series will include three devices with Honor 70, Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+. No word about the Indian launch or availability at the moment.

Honor 70 series:

The new Honor 70, Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+ will come with an identical design and has not got any major changes. Both of them will remind us of the Honor 60 series as even it shipped with a huge circular camera module on the back.

The only change we noticed in terms of camera modules on the Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+ which has got slightly oval-shaped. Both the Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+ will sport a curved bezel-less punch-hole display whereas the Honor 70 with a flat display.

Honor 70:

The new Honor 70 comes with 6.67 inches FHD+ OLED display with probably 120Hz refresh rate support. It comes with an HDR10 & 10-bit color support. The Honor 70 will ship with the latest SD778G+ SoC coupled with 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage options.

 

The Honor 70 will ship with triple rear cameras with a 54MP main Sony IMX800 sensor having an aperture of f/1.9. It is coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide with f/2.0 and a 2MP depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. There is a 32MP selfie shooter on the front. The device comes with the latest Bluetooth 5.2 & in-display fingerprint scanner support. It runs on Android 12 with MagicOS 6.1 on top.

It packs a massive 4800 mAh battery with 66W fast charging support. The Honor 70 measures 7.91mm thick and weighs 179g. It will arrive in four colors Bright Black, Juliet, Starry Sky Blue, and Jade Green.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, and GPS. It also comes with a Wifi 6e, USB Type-C Port,  Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and Linear Motor Vibrator.

Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+:

 

Honor 70 Pro will ship with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8000 SoC & Honor 70 Pro+ with Dimensity 9000 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM & 128GB/256GB storage. The new Honor 70 Pro series will sport a larger 6.78 inches FHD+ OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with an HDR10 & 10-bit color support.

 

 

The Honor 70 Pro & Honor 70 Pro+ feature triple rear cameras with a 54MP main IMX800 sensor coupled with a 50MP ultra-wide sensor. It also gets an 8MP telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom, 30x digital zoom, OIS & LED flash. There is a whopping 50MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. It will measure 9.2mm thick and weigh 192g. The new Honor 60 Pro will arrive in four colors Bright Black, Juliet, Starry Sky Blue, and Jade Green.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE and 5G support, A-GPS, GLONASS, and GPS. It also comes with a Wifi 6e, USB Type-C Port,  Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and Linear Motor Vibrator.

 

Both the device will pack a lower 4500 mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. The Honor 70 Pro series will run on Android 12 with Magic UI 6.1 on top.

Honor 70 Pro priced at 3699 Yuan (Rs.43000/-) for 8GB+256GB & 12GB+256GB at 4000 Yuan (Rs.46,500/-) in China. The Honor 70 cost 2700 Yuan (Rs.31500/-) for 8GB+128GB, 8GB+256GB at 3000 Yuan (Rs.34,900/-) & 3399 Yuan (Rs.39,600/-) for 12GB/256GB. The Honor 70 Pro+ with 8GB+256GB cost 4299 Yuan (Rs.50,100/-) & 12GB+256GB at 4599 Yuan (Rs.53,500/-) in China.
