Xiaomi is all set to bring its premium flagship to India with the previously launched Xiaomi 12 Pro. In the past, the company started teasing the launch date announcement for the premium flagship Xiaomi 12 Pro. Finally, the company has now officially revealed the Indian launch details for the new Xiaomi 12 Pro.
As per the teaser, the new Xiaomi 12 Pro will finally reach India on April 27. The company might make an offline event instead of a virtual one for the launch. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will be exclusive to Amazon India and will also be available through Mi Home & Mi.com in India.
Xiaomi 12 Pro:
The new Xiaomi 12 Pro will look identical to Xiaomi 12 in terms of design and comes with a quad-curved display. It measures 8.6mm thick & weighs 205g. The device got a glass back with metal chassis giving it a premium feel.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro sports a larger 6.73 inches QHD+ AMOLED (3200 × 1440p) display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It also gets 12-bit colors, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and 1500-nits brightness.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro comes with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The Xiaomi 12 Pro will come with 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage. Xiaomi 12Pro features a 50MP f/1.9 aperture main sensor with OIS support. It comes with 50MP ultra-wide sensor with a 115-degrees FOV along with a 50MP Human eye lens with 28mm focal length & f/1.9 aperture.
The official teaser already revealed that Xiaomi 12 Pro will feature a 32MP selfie shooter. During the process of pixel-level skin rejuvenation, a generative adversarial network (GAN) reconstructs the skin’s details on a pixel-by-pixel basis, giving the skin a fresh and youthful appearance. The device also features CyberFocus tech.
The Xiaomi 12 Pro packs a 4600 mAh Cobalt Oxide battery with 120W fast wired & 50W wireless charging support. The connectivity options include Dual SIM with 4G LTE & 5G support, NFC, IR blaster, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, USB Type-C port with X-axis linear motor. It also gets stereo speakers powered by the Harmon Kardon. It runs on MIUI 13 with Android 12 OS out of the box.
