POCO announced the first F-series smartphone with its gaming-centric POCO F4 GT for Global regions. In the past, we saw various leaks pointing out that the POCO F4 GT is another rebranded flagship of the recently launched Redmi K50G. The new POCO F4 GT will go on sale on April 28in Europe.
Design:
The new POCO F4 GT will look exactly similar to the recently launched Redmi K50G in China. It features the center punch-hole display on the front with slimmer bezels.
There are triple rear cameras on the back aligned vertically with glowing LEDs for notification on either side. The alert slider with a power button & gaming trigger is on the right whereas the left comes with volume rockers.
The source revealed that POCO F4 GT will arrive in three colors Stealth Black, Knight Silver, and Cyber Yellow. It will be available in two storage options with 8GB+128GB 7 12GB+256GB.
Specs:
The POCO F4 GT sport the new Samsung E5 AMOLED 6.67 inches FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top, HDR 10+ & 10-bit support. POCO F4 GT is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. It comes with 8GB/12GB RAM and a 128GB/256GB storage version.
The new POCO F4 GT features triple-rear cameras with a 64MP Sony IMX686 primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.65, an 8MP 120-degrees Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & a 2MP telemacro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with a 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p at 960fps. The POCO F4 GT comes with a single selfie camera with a 20MP sensor.
The new POCO F4 GT will feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, JBL Audio quality certification, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.2 support. The POCO F4 GT also features a Symmetrical four-unit wideband speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F4 GT packs a 4700 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The new POCO F4 GT runs on Android 12 with MIUI 13 on top.
Pricing:
The new POCO F4 GT with 8GB+128GB will cost €600 (Rs.49,000/-) but for the first sale, it will cost €500 (Rs.41,000/-). The 12GB+256GB will cost €700 (Rs.57,300/-) but the early bird offer comes down to €600 (Rs.49,100/-) in Europe.
