Motorola has now announced two more affordable smartphones under the G-series with Moto G 5G (2022) & Moto G Stylus (2022) in the US. In the past, we saw various leaks about the new Moto G 5G & G Stylus now finally both are officially launched.
Moto G 5G (2022):
The new Moto G 5G (2022) will again come with the standard Motorola design that we saw on this year’s devices. Yes, the Moto G 5G (2022) will again sport the same center punch-hole display on the front.
On the back, the device gets triple rear cameras with LED flash. The power button which also doubles up as a fingerprint scanner along with volume rockers is on the right. On the bottom, the device got a USB Type-C port with a speaker grill & 3.5mm audio port. It measures 9.3mm thick.

Moto G 5G (2022) will sport 6.5 inches HD+ IPS LCD punch-hole display with 1600x720p resolution with 90Hz refresh rates. The new Moto G 5G (2022) is now powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC.
It is coupled with 6GB RAM and 256GB internal storage and gets a microSD card slot too. The Moto G 5G (2022) ships with 50 main sensors with a 2MP depth plus a macro sensor & LED flash. On the front, we have a 13MP selfie sensor under the punch-hole notch.
All this is backed by a large 5000 mAh battery with 10W fast charging support. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, 5G NSA, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.1, A-GPS, GLONASS, Dual Frequency GPS, USB Type-C port, 3.5 mm audio jack & NFC. It is also water-resistant with IP52 certified and comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner with a Bottom-ported loudspeaker.
The Moto G 5G with 6GB+256GB is priced at $400 (Rs.30,600/-) in the US. It comes in two colors Grey and Green color.
Moto G Stylus (2022):
Design:
The new Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) will look exactly similar to previous leaks. Yes, the new Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) comes with a similar center punch-hole display on the front. But on the back, the device gets Motorola Edge 30 Pro like a rectangular-camera module carrying triple cameras with LED flash.
The Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and USB Type-C port on the bottom whereas there are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and volume rockers on the right. The device comes with additional Stylus support for scribbling down notes. It comes in two colors black and Seafoam.

The Moto G Stylus (2021) will sport 6.8 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Moto G Stylus 5G (2022) is powered by SD695 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB/8GB RAM and 256GB storage. There is also support for microSD card slots.
The Moto G Stylus 5G will feature a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 2MP depth sensor with Dual Tone LED flash. It comes with a 16MP selfie shooter. It packs a 5000 mAh battery and runs on Android 12 OS.
The device comes with Dual Band Wifi, NFC, USB Type-C port, Dual SIM with 4G LTE, 5G, and VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.1, 3.5 mm audio jack, and FM Radio.
The new Moto G Stylus 2022 will come in two colors Steel Blue and Seafoam Green colors. The Moto G Stylus 2022 cost $500 (Rs.38,200/-) in the US.
