Xiaomi has now officially launched its first budget smartphone under Redmi 10 series with Redmi 10C. The new Redmi 10C will come in three colors black, blue, and green colors. Ahead of the Indian launch, Xiaomi has now introduced Redmi 10C in Nigeria. The new Redmi 10C will be rebranded as Redmi 10 in India.
Design:
The new Redmi 10C will again feature the same waterdrop display on the front with thicker bezels. The device is again made out of plastic but this time it gets textured back with a smudge-free finish.
On the back, the Redmi 10C comes with ugly looking huge squarish camera module carrying dual cameras with fingerprint scanners & LED flash. Yes, the fingerprint scanner is part of the camera module and is placed below the Redmi branding.
Specs:
The new Redmi 10C sports 6.71 inches FHD+ IPS LCD display on the front. It is powered by the SD680 SoC coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The Redmi 10C features a 50MP main sensor with a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is a 5MP selfie shooter. All this is backed by a 5000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging and 9W reverse charging support. It comes with stereo dual speakers on the front.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, rear-mounted fingerprint scanner, A-GPS, GLONASS, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C port, IR Blaster, and 3.5mm audio jack. It runs on Android 11 with MIUI 13 on top.
