Realme announced its world’s first smartphone featuring whopping 150W fast charging support with Realme GT Neo 3. Now the company has revealed other major specs of the Realme GT Neo 3. Yes, Realme has officially confirmed the chipset that will be powering the Realme GT Neo 3.
As per the post, the new Realme GT Neo 3 will be the first device in the world to ship with the latest MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC. Yes, the new Realme GT Neo 3 will now be using the MediaTek premium flagship chipset instead of Snapdragon. However, we also spotted the alleged Realme GT Neo 3 powering the SD888 SoC too on TENAA.
So we could have two different models with Realme GT Neo 3 this year one with MediaTek other with Qualcomm. Do note the SD888 SoC one will feature a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The 150W fast charging will be exclusive to Realme GT Neo 3 with MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC.
Apart from this nothing much about the new Realme GT Neo 3 is revealed at the moment.

The Realme GT Neo 3 will indeed sport a center punch-hole display this time with slimmer bezels. On the back, the device features triple rear cameras that are aligned in a triangular way similar to the upcoming Redmi K50 series.
The volume rockers are on the left whereas the power button is on the right of the device. The source also managed to reveal the key specs of the Realme GT Neo 3. The new Realme GT Neo 3 will sport 6.67 inches FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will also come with 10-bit color display support.
The Realme GT Neo 3 will come with a 50MP main Sony IMX766 sensor coupled with OIS support. There is an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth sensor with LED flash. It again features the same 16MP selfie shooter from Realme 9 Pro series.
The source confirmed that Realme GT Neo 3 will now use MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space. It runs on Android 12 OS out of the box.
